Lovely three bedroom walk out basement apartment with full bath, kitchen, huge patio and acres to roam. We built our home with family in mind, plenty of room for parents, kids, grandkids. Most of the time its just the two of us and our rescue dog so we decided to rent out half the house that seldom gets used. We travel a bit and enjoy renting in a private residence versus hotels. We have met some wonderful folks, some that have become good friends and stay with us whenever they re in the area. Some guests we never see, some we spend a bit of time with , whatever works for you. The downstairs has it s own driveway and private entrance. The living area and kitchen are fairly small but have everything you might need. Full size appliances, family size table and chairs, dishes, cookware, etc. TV comes with Netflix, Dish TV, and Xbox. Bathroom has a tub, separate shower stall, lots of shampoo/soap options along with plenty of towels. First bedroom has two twin beds. The beds and nightstand were built by my father 60 years ago. Brand new mattresses in 2017. Bedroom #2 has a twin size daybed with a twin trundle underneath. The "master" bedroom has a king size bed. Six sleep comfortably and still have the couch just in case. We can also provide a pack-n-play if needed. Plenty of blankets as well. Outside, guests can use the charcoal grill or gas grill. There are plenty of chairs for hanging out, a TV and bar to watch the all important sporting events. We have 9 acres that you can explore. We are about 10 miles from the NW edge of Lincoln. A short 20 minutes into town to Memorial Stadium, Pinnacle Bank Arena, The Haymarket, The University of Nebraska, The Lied Center, Downtown Lincoln and The Lincoln Airport. Uber is about the only option if you need transportation.
